Microwave heating:

-Shake the warmed pillow to check the heat.

-If the pillow gets too warm, cool it down before use.
Heating in the oven: maximum 10 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius. Shake the warmed cushion and check the level of heating. If the cushion is too hot, allow it to cool before use. |
